Chavonne had a 20 year career in urban planning. She made it to Director level and was responsible for a wide range of services and projects in the local government area. During this time she was “moonlighting” as an office coach which lead to a side business as a Life Coach. Now a full-time Master NLP coach/ trainer, and team operations expert, she has merged the two to create CJ Sampson Group.
ChaVonne has built many teams in the past, now she has taken this knowledge accompanied by a network of experienced, skilled, and passionate professionals to help organizations and individuals maximize employee performance in a way that leads to positive change.
